Every wedding is different, and you might need a little help with the styling or you might want someone to take care of the whole thing.

You may already have your vision, your colours and all the pieces picked out, but need someone to bring it all together on the day. Or you might be starting with a few ideas and want us to help create the overall look, source the details and take care of everything from ceremony through to reception.

That’s why we offer different levels of styling support. From setting up the pieces you’ve already chosen, through to full styling and concept design, you can choose the level of help that feels right for you.

We’ll work with your venue, your style and the feel you want for the day, making sure everything works beautifully together without feeling overdone. And when the day arrives, you can enjoy it knowing the styling, set-up and all those little details are being taken care of.

ON THE DAY SET UP

Investment from $1000

You’ve planned it, sourced all the pieces and know exactly how you want your wedding to look and now you need someone to bring it all together.

Our On-the-Day Set Up is perfect for couples who are taking the DIY approach to their styling but don’t want themselves, their family or bridal party spending the morning setting tables, placing signage and getting the ceremony ready.

Before your wedding, we’ll go through your styling plans together so we know exactly where everything needs to go. Then on the day, you hand it over to us. We’ll take care of setting up and styling your supplied pieces across your ceremony and reception, right down to those final little details.

Please note: Reception table set up includes decorative styling only. Plates, cutlery, glassware and full place settings are not included and can be added for an additional fee. Backdrop and ceiling draping are not included in this investment and can be quoted separately if required.

All décor, florals, signage, stationery and styling pieces are supplied by you. Soirée Styled Events hire pieces can be added separately. As every wedding is a little different, your final investment will be tailored to your guest numbers, styling requirements and overall vision.

Pack down can be added for an additional fee of $500

You might already have a few ideas saved, colours you love or a vision of how you want your wedding to feel, but you’re not quite sure how to bring it all together.

That’s where we come in.

We’ll chat through your ideas, what you love and how you picture your day, then bring it all together into a styling direction that feels completely you.

From the ceremony through to the reception, we’ll work out the colours, tablescape, décor and all those little details that make everything flow beautifully together.

We’ll also help source the pieces needed to bring the look to life, so you’re not spending hours trying to find the right linen, candles, signage or finishing touches.

Then when the wedding day arrives, we’ll be there to set it all up and bring the vision we’ve created together to life.
